How the Skilled Worker Visa Works — Roles Clearly Defined
Your Role — Employer
You issue the job offer and submit it to the German Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) for approval. That approved offer is what enables the visa application. VerdaBlue assists with correct offer letter wording.
The Candidate's Role
The candidate applies for the Skilled Worker Visa at the German embassy in India using your approved job offer. The visa is between the candidate and the German authorities — not VerdaBlue.
VerdaBlue's Role
We prepare the candidate's full documentation checklist, verify credentials in advance, and coordinate timing so nothing delays the process. We do not issue or sponsor visas.
