Your role — Employer
Issue the job offer and submit it to the Bundesagentur für Arbeit for approval. That approved offer enables the visa application. VerdaBlue assists with correct offer wording.

Applies for the Skilled Worker Visa at the German embassy in India using your approved offer — directly with the German authorities.
